We want to wish a Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers in attendance today!

Missions Contribution Update

To the glory of God, we reached our goal for our missions contribution last week! Our goal was to raise $65,000 in support of the churches in Cyprus, Turkey & Israel. As of last Sunday, we have now collected $65, 565.93! This is a significant victory for us a congregation and is a source of significant encouragement for our brothers and sisters in the Eastern Mediterranean.

It should be noted that we are still $4,500 short of the Eastern Mediterranean budget. If you still wish to contribute you may do so in the coming weeks, though this will be the last update. Please be praying as there are two other churches that may be able to help us fill out the left over amount.

Jordan & Karen McLeod of Cyprus visiting!

The leaders of the church in Limassol, Cyprus will be in Austin next weekend. Jordan will be preaching on Sunday. This will be a great opportunity to meet one of the missionaries that we are supporting! Additionally, Jordan is a great speaker and this would make a great opportunity to invite new friends to visit!

Killeen Church Joining Us Next Sunday!

Next Sunday, the Killeen church will be joining us for our worship service. This will be a great opportunity to encourage our brothers and sisters from that congregation. We will set up coffee, fruit and pastries in the lobby at 9:30 AM. Please come early to enjoy some extra fellowship! Additionally, for those that live near the church building, we’d like to encourage those that can, to prepare to invite members of the Killeen church over for lunch after service. The best way to accomplish this would be to prepare a little extra and come to church looking for someone to invite! Let’s be sure to offer plenty of hospitality to those that are traveling down to be with us!
